You can pay for your hosting or domain name invoice via a one-off payment or by choosing to pay via annual subscription.  For Office365, you can choose to pay via monthly subscription.  You can also choose to pay a general invoice via a one-off payment.

Click on the appropriate payment option and follow the steps shown to complete the payment.
